The property was fairly clean and wonderful! Magnificent, amazing location in Florence, next to the Duomo and the train station, restaurants which were very good value and in the neighborhood, and the station and tram from the airport. Airy suite, exceptionally comfortable beds. Spotless bathroom and a bidet with good sewerage. Very kind and nice staff always on hand.

The hotel is very well located, walking distance from most tourist attractions, the price is reasonable. My husband and I were travelling with my mother in law and we stayed in a triple room. The room was spacious, very clean. Although we were near a quite busy area of the city, we heard no noise and slept very well. If you are looking for no- frills travelling, I would recommend this place.
The hotel is located in the third floor of an old building. To go up, you need to take a very old lift or use the stairs. We had no problems with the staff in the hotel, but they are not very friendly. A few more smiles would have been welcome. Sometimes they can be quite bossy. One inconvenient is that you have no freedom to operate the air conditioning. The remote control stays at reception and you need to request them to turn it on or turn if off when needed. The problem is that if you feel cold in the middle of the night, you would need to get up, walk to reception, request them to come to your room (you are not allowed to take the remote control yourself!!!) and turn it off. But, if you are travelling no-frills, I see no reason why you should not stay in this hotel.

Very good location. Close to the downtown, train station, bus stations. But the street is relatevely quiet.
Floor under the beds was not clean. Some of the staff members could have been more friendly and polite.

The hotel is relatively close to the city center and there is parking nearby. The price isn't bad in comparison to other hotels in Florence. Rooms are large and seem to gave been recently renovated.
Wifi is only available for a fee. Seven euros for breakfast is a little steep.

The room looks like it was an old style apartment which has been converted to a hotel, very charming. The room is very large and has a balcony. The bathroom was updated and is modern. The lift is the old style which my partner loved. Location is excellent.
No free wifi. The staff do not speak fluent english.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and major attractions. The staff arranged a food and wine tour tailored to our family.
In my wife's opinion, a dedicated play area for kids would be great.

close to train station and central city features. As advertised.
I booked a room for my sister and I with a comment that we needed two separate beds". This was a surprise to the hotel staff when we arrived, despite my comment being plainly present on their printout of my reservation. I paid 10euro/night extra for two single beds rather than one double. No free wi-fi, and the heater in our room didn't function 90% of the time, despite notifying hotel staff. Not a terrible experience, but have seen better.

Cleanliness, comfortable, decor is quaint European motif, & Location is +++, right in heart of the city.... within walking distance of major attractions, beautiful city!!! Their open air market is very large and a lot of fun!!!
Annabelle Hotel is not family friendly, located on one way streets with parking challenge (must use remote/commerical parking lot @ 20+ Euros for auto) gps to find hotel is a tremendous asset!! Hotel is fine for mature couples, the management staff are "nervous Nelly's", the children (ages 12 &9) seem to overwhelm them!!!
